Before entering private practice, he served with the United States Air Force for 26 years, during which he held key leadership roles, including chief flight surgeon, chief of pediatrics, chief of allergy and immunology, and chief of aeromedical services.
Dr. Hrncir also pursued advanced medical training at renowned institutions such as Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health in Maryland, David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California, the School of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks Air Force Base in Texas, and Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.
